I also made a mistake. I hooked my Tender to fire hydrant to fill it. I forgot to open a valve and close another first. Having done this 100s of times before I am not sure why I forgot? I cranked open the hyndrant and heard a big pop only to turn around and see water blowing all over the place out my brand new Water Pump Housing! Now I have a fill pipe that is fool proof to use, that mistake costed me $2100.00 to fix out on a fire! Mark H.
