Last night, according to the thermometer on the garage, it was 15 degrees.
Global warming? This is the coldest temperature that we have had in over two years and one of the lowest on record for this time of the year.
Got a good laugh though. I live in a neighborhood of modest 1950's ranch houses. About a year ago a developer bought some of the house's and now a "gated community" of $900,000 Mini-mansions have sprouted up in the middle of us commoners.
Last night their automatic watering system came on and now their entire cul-de-sac is covered with a thick layer of ice. I nearly busted a gut seeing them try to get their Ford Excursions and Chevy Avalanches out of their driveways.
