Hi Bill,
Guess that the best place to start is to attempt to get the truck to run. That will give you a roadmap of what needs to be done. I have a '42 WC40 and am nearing the finish of a long term restoration (probably won't really be done for another ten years!). Ifyou need any help or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact me.
