hey Norm and everyone else...
well, i've called tom wood over and over. i'm sure they're quite tired of me calling. i think what its gonna come down to is sending them the input yokes and both output yokes (so they can be sure that their replacements will fit) off of my transfer case and telling them to build the other ends to match my tranny and axles.

the issue they have is twofold:
1: the original splined end of the drive shafts that i still have aren't that thick, and since i've upgraded to stronger axles and a 360 with an RV cam, they worry about its strength and durability. and if it does decide to let go, the other half of the drive shaft is junk, because its been build to that drive shaft, and not one i can just replace (unless i get one from VPW, i guess).

2: they have to balance the drive shaft with the actual splined end that it'll be mated to. since they don't have anything that would slip into a drive shaft made for my old splined end OR anything that would attach to the u-joints that fit my old splined end, they can't balance it.

so, i'm taking out the yokes on my transfer case and sending them out to Tom Wood.

what does everyone think of that? best solution to my problem or is there something i'm missing....

and again, thanks soooooo much.
