im fairly confident that it will work. reason being is that the transfercase in a ffpw and a m37 are similar if not identical. the m37s are flanged which makes it easy to work on the drivelines once installes. 4 bolts hold the flanges together and the ujoints and shafts come out as one. check with dave cirllo in medford oregon. he is the expert and i think you will find he confirms what i believe to be true. let me know,
