Get your shaft made with the Spicer yoke on the axle end and a straight spline on the transfer case end. The slip yokes on the transfer case will slide onto your new shaft. Of course the splines must match, but they are a standard size. Use the Detroit joints on the slip yoke attached to the transfer case.
