Tedious is right. My time is cheap though haha. THe worst is the layer of surface rust on the top. The only thing I have had much luck in cutting it is a carbide impregnated disc but mine in wore out and I cant find another one like it. THe paint is just the factory original and comes off easily with a DA sander and 80 grit. Probably do everything I can and then have a local sandblasting place touch up a few places like the floor which is pitted pretty bad. M
