Kevin I was thinking about this when it was listed the first time. I had a friend call the guy and ask if he could drive up to see it. The seller said "I guess so but I have a good offer off ebay if it doesn't sell". He obviously didn't sell it off ebay and his feed back is a bit mixed to say the least. I didn't want to take a 30 hour round trip goose chase to find a really rusted POS. The seller also said "You can't restore it, it's only for parts". As Bugs Bunny would say "He don't know me very well do he?" If I were you and you being much closer I would drive up to see what it's like underneath since he said it's been on the ground for a long time. He does have 3 wheels, now if that's 3 total or the other 3 to get it rolling he wasn't clear. 57 Townies are scarce and this one looks to be a project but if it's even close to be savageable go for it. If you don't want it after looking it over please let me know what you think of it and any possible pictures. If you do decide to get it I'll help with what I can to get you going on it since I do have some experience with Townies, even a 57.
