You can see in the pictures that they are using a hose to clean the Tank off, I bet that water filled up the area they dug out and made a small pond, then maybe the tank slipped back a bit on the now wetter peat before they got a chance to drag it up. Note the tracks do not move in the early parts of the video, it would have been VERY hard to put the tank back in the hole with locked up tracks. I think the later part of the video is after they cleaned the tank up a bit and got the tracks freed up.
