Ron White didn't coin that phrase. An old bartender I worked with when I was in college told me that. It applied to most of our patrons. I love that phrase, but I think Ron White is a fat, drunken, degenerate who brings down the humor of both Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Ingval, both of whom are actually amusing, at least once in awhile.
