Recomendation on a drill press for work on truck

I'm looking for a general purpose drill press in the $200 range that I would use for metal work on the truck, as well as mortising of woodwork. Does anyone have a recomendation of one and where to get it? I'm thinking it should have a range of speed from 250rpm (for mortising/drilling with large forstner bits)to 3500 rpm for high speed steel bits.
