My temp guage was rebuilt in my big truck. when I got it back it went from cold to hot after short warm up. after testing the sending unit, i sent the guage back, he told me that alll chrysler temp guages up thru the 90's use 6 volts, and there should be a voltage limiter on both the temp guage and the fuel gauge to step voltage down. I can not find this in any books etc as it seems the gas guage get power from light switch then to fuel gauge then to temp guage?
