I had one of the two pieces of snap steel that hold the distributor cap on break the other day. I see the mount for these is rivited on to the distributor. Short of replacing the entire distributor any thoughts??? The truck in question is titled a 48 wdx.
I started taking apart a 51 B1PW and it is down to the frame. I lifted the junk cab with a Kabota and it was heavy. I am starting to wonder how I get a good cab from my 46 WDX on to this frame without damage??
Also one of these trucks was a brush truck and has a pump mounted underneath run by the PTO. It also had a reel in the back to wind up the hose. I can take some pictures later but anyone interested in this stuff? I am in western PA.
