FFPW Winch Bed Geometry Quandray

Lately, the configuration of the winch bed and poles (A frame for you purists) on my 54 Fargo FFPW has become a bit of an issue. On any other winch truck I have used, the winch itself is used to stand the poles up once the crown pulley is in place. The winch is also used to set the poles back down on the headache rack for transport. My PW won’t do either of those operations, and the poles are too heavy to stand up manually without the nose of the truck being up a pretty good slope. I think that maybe the poles are too far back on the deck, or that the snatch block pulley is in the wrong place, or…? Does anyone on the forum know the proper geometric relationships between the mounting points for the poles, snatch block, crown pulley, and where they should be on the deck to be able to set the poles up with the winch? Has anyone found a website that explains the geometry needed to get this to work? Nobody I have talked to here knows why it won’t work because they really don’t know why any of the other ones DO.
