Fleabag here, just wanted to know about ring and pinion set up and backlash adjustment. The book that I have does not show any chims in the ring and pinion set up, just wondered if there are any or is the backlash adjusted by the screw and pad on the back side of the ring? What is the gap between the ring and adjustment pad? Is the backlash just adjusted by moving the ring closer and futher away from the pinion? Any detailed instuctions or pictures and instructions would be real helpfull, if you don't want to post just email if you want. Thank's Fleabag!!
