Back from the reading room...Sorry, I have no idea on vacum wipers. My crusade is to find a wiper that will move snow/ice/slush equal to a current production pickup. The Dodge Dakota assembly I grabed on Ebay would work, however extensive/serious mods would have to be done to the valance area. So they are a no go. But they will rip your finger off.....dont ask how I know......OUCH !!!!!!
