When bleeding start with the most distant, right rear, then left rear, then right front and finally left front. It does make a difference. Be sure to keep a good level of fluid in the MC so you dont pump any air into the system as you bleed. Are you running Disk or Drum brakes ? I always take a rubber mallet and SOFTLY tap on each caliper to dislodge any air bubbles while bleeding.
