Hi there! You ask what's that? It's the rhody way my man. Rhode Island was founded by Roger Williams...He was a malcontent kicked out of Massachusetts in colonial times. Joke here is "Rogues' Island" but inactuality it is not far from the truth.
We have had Govenors, Mayors, House reps. State senators all doing some type of time for their exceptional "public service." Sounds to me like your politicians came east for classes!
