Mine is flat - no quilting. Don't recall ever seeing a quilted one claiming to be stock.
Mine is dark brown vinyl on a Doge Truck Green vehicle. I re-upholstered the interior with the VPW kit. I did the kick panels and door panels black. Looks ok.
The biggest lack in the interior is a good set of fited floor mats. I cut up some recycled tire mats from Costco and they do a decent job of keeping the heat and noise down.
