Tom, you guys are more than welcome to join IDMVPA, but there is a problem as we are in the other part of the state. I really think it would be worthwhile for you guys to form a chapter. The MVPA national does really weird things at times which are really a pain, but still you would have national affiliation. The newest weird thing is their formation of Regional reps, and we ended up with Kenton Tucker who was the guy the membership voted out and the board created a special position for him, Hopefully we are not stuck with him for a lifetime. He had a big time run in with the guys from Portland and I know and respect those guys. I know we are out for ever having the convention as they want it in a big convention center with close hotel and we don't have it. lots of good discussion over on G503.
