Does anyone know the original seat upholstry pattern for a '48 B-1 FFPW? Our seat was reupholstered at some time in its life and needs to be reupholstered again as part of the working restoration (the mice got to it).

I am wondering two things:
1. What was the original seat upholstry pattern? Was it just flat, or did it have quilting or stitching in the seat and back? Are any good photos available that I could take to the upholsterer for him to simulate? What color was the stitching? What color was the seam ticking?

2. What were the original seat colors? Did they match the body or were they some other color (like brown to match the interior cardboard, or black to match the door panels). My specific truck color will be the Dodge Truck dark green (body and bed) and black fenders ect when I get it painted, and the upholsterer says that green is one of the toughest colors to get because there were so few green cars produced in those days.

Thanks for you help and any photographs would be helpful.

Dave
