Born in Providence and currently live in Coventry. There is always hear say and controversy with regard to our DOT Registry Division. I have listed The website that may help. I do know that anything that is purchased from out of state has to have a vin# check at your local PD. I don't know if RI titled back that far and don't know what procedures are in place at present. I appologize for this but as you must know, RI is a very screwy place. Now if you wanna talk corruption.....
