I keep hearing rumors and innuendo to the effect that something crooked is going on at the top, and somehow the members are unable to vote out the crooks or something, but I'm not enough of an insider to know what they're talking about. There has to be something specific that they're accusing this board of doing, above and beyond simply increasing their own power. What's the board trying to keep secret? What power are they trying to increase? If they're acting so wrongly, why haven't the members voted them out and elected new directors who are more open?
