For phosgene, get a car with an empty air conditioner system due to a hole in the hose, right in front of the air intake horn. Eight pounds of freon later, walk around the car looking for where the freon went. When you get to the tailpipe zone, you nasal linings will tell you where it went.

But I think there are alternative fillings fo rhte brass pumps besides carbon tet.
