General loss of Coolant:
1. Hose connection leaks - Tighten clamps.
2. Drain cock leak - Tighten or replace.
3. Cylinder head gasket leak - Replace or use sealer. I would try some Bar's/Leaks Head Gasket Repair and see if that doesn't take of it first. It comes in a silver plastic bottle available at most auto stores.
4. Raditor cap seal bad - replace
5. Water pump or radiator/heater core leak - replace as necessary.
