Welcome to the funny farm!
Look up at the top of the forum and click on the PIF (Parts Interchange File) You will find part numbers for a ton of things. You can also click on "Phils Archives" and then use the search function to get info that has been discussed at length in the past. If I remember correctly, in the "Best of the Forum" also at the top of the page is a piece titled "Waking sleeping Beauty" or something like that, about starting engines that have been sitting awhile. Searching the archives will also yield a bunch.
As for the oil coming out the exhaust, the cylinders on the exhaust stroke will have the exhaust valves open and the oil will run out there. This does not indicate anything wrong. Is the engine seized up?
