I have had both. A 2000 and 2002 f350 7.34x4 ccdrw. Ford bought back the 2000 and gave me the 02 both were junk got rid of the 02 f350 on a new 04 dodge cummings have 89,000 on it its been great. It pulls 12,000lbs every day.
