a couple of questions on rebuilding a NP205-

I am using a mishmash of 205 cases . Because I need to strip one case down I figured I would toss in new bearings and seals .

Does anyone have a link to how to grind the shift rails ? I want to twin stick the thing but I do not wish to engage high in the front and low in the back at the same time .
