President Bush was elected to a second term by 50.7% of the voters in 2004. A margin of over 3 million. Only three times in history has a president taken office without winning popular vote. But yes, he is our President and David should rethink his wording. Of course it is ok not to like a President. There never has been and never will be a President that is loved by all. It is the responsibility of every citizen to engage in thoughtful, rational discussion about how THEIR nation and THEIR President interact. It is NOT OK to disown the President because by doing that you simultaneously disown your country (and I politely ask you to leave). I don't want to get shot defending the rights of someone who doesn't want to be here.
