Ordered a light from Cabelas last week with Express shipping. Needed it for a hunting trip Saturday. Had a loose connection in the charger. Called last night, they're sending a replacement overnight to make sure I have one for my trip and told me to keep the one I have.
Great service but it still should have worked the first time.
