I dont know, however I have gone thru Freeze Plug Hell yesterday. Had a freeze plug block heater that was tripping the GFI. Got another one and it leaked arounf the heating element. Finally got one more and am all set. You have no idea how little room there is along side the Chrysler 251 in a Bombardier. I wanted to install a freeze plug and use a tank heater. But there is simply no room to get a driver in place, let alone hit it square. Freeze Plugs arrrrrg.
