Quality and strength are the most important things for the safety of you and others. I have used only well known well rated blocks through the last 30 years, primarily Johnson ( or Gunnabo Johnson), McKissick, and Crosby, you will see when comparing these to other foriegn imports that are 'rated the same' the price is higher, but I have also blown aprt the imports resulting in some nasty situations and would recommend spending the extra money for the sake of safety! Also, beware of 'helping out' others...when it goes right, everything is 'hunky-dory', but should you damage their vehicle or have any other snafu, they tend to get quite uppity very fast!! I recommend leaving the work to a reputable tow truck operator. One mistake can cost you plenty!! Good luck!!
