I have a set of 19.5 railroad truck wheels. They have a funny offset so the trucks can roll on the tracks, not quite a duallie offset, but almost. Anyway, they can only be used in the SRW configuration. They would narrow the track a proportionate amount I think. I can measure the offset if you want.
