Way to go Jay. How did those headers fit? I guess it's off the muffer shop for pipes as soon as the wheels are back on? Are you using tubeless rims and if so you don't need tubes or flaps. By the pictiure is looks like you have tubeless rims on the TW. You can run almost any 8 lug rim on your TW, I have 16" American Racing rims with radials that really improve the ride. Much quieter too. Glad to hear you have it running again, I'm redoing the body on Jill's Purple People Eater TW this fall/winter for a project amoung others. Townies are great!
