Oh... OK, I read that to mean, "...if the operator has not manually set the sensitivity correctly, then braking may not be optimum."
Makes me think about ABS trailer brake systems and how they work. Seems like they would eliminate the issue?
The manual control on my controller does in fact override the electric switch "on-off" function and allows varying amounts of "pressure" to be applied. I'm pretty sure that setting the controller setting correctly does the same thing by increasing the braking by increasing current to the brakes dependant upon the amount of pedal used??? Curious now....
