Roger Penske has the worlds largest dealership out here, a Toyota agency that sells over 35,000 cars a year, that's over 95 cars per day. They don't have time to play games, they are courteous, efficient and get down to business quickly. I am baffled as to why other dealers have not gone there, wittnessed their success and copied treating customers with honesty, courtesy and knowlege about the product...it seems like American dealerships must have a handbook that requires stupid behavior....

PS: Arthur, Jeep hasn't made a Cherokee since 2001, but the Grand Cherokee has won Motor Trend Magazines' 4 Wheeler of the year award, 4 times. It is one of the finest, most comfortable, solid and capable four wheel drive sedans out there and it comes with a low range transfer case and a Hemi. If you want one with a straighter winshield, the Commander, pictured here, is built upon the same platform. Both the Grand Cherokee and the Commander received 5 star collision ratings from the the federal gov., the highest rating you can achieve.
