Pete,
I have a set of 38.5 x 15.5 x 16.5 Dick Cepek Fun Country tires on Stockton wheels. I wanted tubes in case I needed to air down in soft sand. I contacted Dick Cepek tires...(now part of Mickey Thompson Tires). They referred me to Wallace Wade in Texas. W. W. sent me the tubes immediately. They also stocked the correct flaps for the split rims.
