Doug,

I used Reflectix available from Lowes, etc. It's basically bubble wrap with aluminum on both sides. Comes in big rolls. Very inexpensive. You can install with any good spray adhesive. I did inside of doors and entire cab. It really makes a difference on the doors, which close with an audible thud.

Dynamat is a more expensive professional product that is said to have better sound deadening properties. I have seen it used underneath the cab also.

Whatever you use, you need to make sure it mounts securely to the panels so you don't get condensation in between the insulation and panel.
