ID old PW

Just found an old PW. It had been turned into a hay stacking truck here in Yuma, AZ (long boom in back). The id was on the door frame (passanger side). The large tag had the Dodge Brother Logo.
Ser. No 8216406 Model WD-15.
GVW 5000 lbs
80 HP @ 3400 rpm

There was also a second smaller tag below that with the #
4112-62949

Anybody out there able to id this puppy. It has the flat fenders but a rounded nose w/ a ram head. The Dodge logo on the snout (and the painted over ram head) appear to be stainless.

Its moderately rusty (keeping in mind that what we "Zonies" see as rusty some east coast folks see as primo. No doors, cab relatively intact (windows broken but rear window frame still there. Engine is intact with hoses still attached to radiator, running gear all there and still hooked up.
