!965 Power Wagon Carter Carb/Govenor Diagram needed

When I disassembled the WM300 Carter carb last fall that I am rebuilding I thought it was going to be easy finding an assembly diagram. I was wrong. Does anyone have the assembly manual for the carb and governor? The previous owner inactivated the govenor by removing the butterfly and since I have acquired the parts I would like to reassemble it like the factory. Thanks for the help.
