I've got a couple of sections in my running boards (about 6" in diameter) that have enough rust to justify repair. The rest of the boards are sound. How do I do this kind of weld patch with diamond plate steel. Is it just like any other type of patch/repair, except that you also have to match a pattern?
Any advice or experience is appreciated.
