For anyone interested, I located a used set of four 9.00 X 16 Power King tires in Evanston, Wyoming. These are mounted on 16 X 8 white spoke rims, and the asking price is $225. One of the tires has about 1/3 of the tread, two others have about 1/2 of the tread left, and the fourth tire has about 2/3 of the tread left. These are at the Tire Warehouse, phone 307-789-6585. They can be shipped to you, but you pay the freight.
