Sounds like a fairly well maintained truck. It just boils down to if you can justify the price.

10 miles per day is nothing. The biggest concern for driving longer distances is simply noise in the cab. Seat belts are easy. You just drill holes in the floor for the anchor bolts, and use large diameter flat washers.

Max sustained speed is about 42-45 mph. This is 2500 rpm, the max sustained engine speed for these old flatheads. This is with the 5:83 gears in the axles.

My two cents says that if you like it, buy it.
Just don't assume this fossil will be a comfortable family truckster. The girls will likely not care for the noise in the cab. Boys over 5-6 years old think it's cool.
