Jay sent his distributor out to Pertronix today, so we hope for a workable solution soon. Our cuurent point of contact is Garrett - if you call him please let him know that you are another one of the PW crowd. I discussed my distributor number with him and we could not locate a match - Jay went through one of their dealers and tried two kits before giving up. The list of kits that did not work out is 1361-A, 1561, and 1562. All of the PW distributors I have seen were pretty similar so there is probably a single kit that would work for almost all.
Once we get a kit set up, installation will be a breeze - you just take out the points, screw the base plate down, slip on the shroud, hook up two wires, and step on the starting pedal (or turn the key, as the case may be for you new truck guys).
