The truck is authentic. I have met the owner a few times in my life but do not know his name. I have not seen the truck for a dozen years or so but talked to him a couple of months back. He saw my M-37 in the yard and came over to ask me if I new a source for winch shear pins. The discussion turned to who he was and his vintage truck. I remember commenting that his truck must be worth $20,000. to 25,000. This is a very unique situation. I don't blame the guy for asking 50K. He had the foresight to buy into this truck in it's last production year and sit on it for 32 years. You can bet that there is a sugar daddy out there that will pay big bucks for his effort. We as admirers should be glad that some one out ther was ahead of his time. Just my opinion!!!
