Call some mcahine shops to see if you can use their blasting cabinet.

I live in South central PA and use Rutts Machine Shop in Elizabethtown. They rent a glass bead booth for $20.00 per hour. The booth uses up to 180psi. I cleaned 3 heavily painted rims in 90 min at 140-180 psi. However, expect your job to be bumped for machine shop business (nomally just a few minutes - they blasted my parts for me free for about 10 min to make up for the lost time.) They are nice folks. BTW: I have zero connections w/ Rutts.
