No. You could install a bigger 9.625" (M37/PW/3 qtr ton) 3rd member with 3 gaskets, but you'll need special studs, a new cover and 3/4 ton axle shafts. See Zentmeyer's "Power Trains and Interchanges" from Portrayal Press.
The 1/2 ton carrier is smaller, the Lockright won't fit, and the axle splines are different.
To put the whole thing in perspective, you can buy an entire GM 14 bolt rear axle from Boyce with 4.88s and a Detroit Locker and moved spring seats for about $1200 plus freight. Then the only incompatibilities are pinion flange (easy) and wheel stud pattern (don't ask me!!)
