Your transfer case is a np203 not np205.
Np 205 was not a stock transfer for that truck, 74 was the last year for the 205 case in a 1/2 ton p/u.
You can get a kit to change from full-time to part-time for around 100.00.
The hubs are much more costly at around 300.00 last time I checked.
The change would gain a little milage per gallon.
