1st pull drums + free up + never seize star whl or eccentrics + check whl cyl for leaks or being froze up.Free up bleeder + also never seize now give initial brake adj + put on drums.Fill Master cyl with fresh fluid + use small needlenose vise grips at all rubber hoses use light pressure to shut off fluid flow at whls + bleed master cyl at lines single or dual than bleed each whl cyl 1 at a time with a helper or a stick to hold down pedal or use a 1 man brake bleeder tool {LISLE or KD} they are affordable + last forever.Check fluid level as it will go down as it travels thru the system.Keep adding fluid + never reuse what you recovered from bleeder valves as it will be contaminated with dirt.dispose of old fluid being concious of our enviorment.ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES + WORK SAFELY.HAPPY MOTORING
