You can also use M37 Budd rims. Cheaper than 3/4 ton combat rims.

The stock M37 Budd rims will handle 9.00x16 and even 1100x16 tires. And they offset outboard a wee bit more, since the 1/2 ton rims are offset for running dualies in the rear.

The combat rims look pretty cool and brute strong. But then the M37 rims look similar to the 1/2 ton rims, and would be more "authentic" looking if that's what you are after. The M37 rims also balance more easily than the combat rims.
